Health Coaching

One-on-one health coaching programs are for any busy professional, leader, mum and/or teacher looking to start prioritising themselves by taking the necessary steps to improve their nutrition, lifestyle and mindset. 

 

 

There are two options available with varying levels of support. Both options provide personalised direction and guidance in nutrition, lifestyle and mindset practices to give you the knowledge, tools and strategies to manage stress, workload and improve confidence.

 

 

Through fortnightly consultations, I collaborate with you to address your specific health and wellness needs and provide the necessary tools, strategies and support to implement the changes required. Tailored to your individual goals, you can expect to explore a range of topics including; hormone and metabolic balance, nutrition, gut health, exercise, sleep, stress management, improved mindset and much more.

 

 

Take advantage of the nutritionist partnered coaching program to receive more specific nutrition advice and testing. With this option, you will have private access to a both Solaine (Degree Qualified Nutritionist) and me – Adrienne (Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach) over the 6 month period.
